An opportunity to get something back for telling others about Ziaja and at the same time sharing your VIP discount. Share your code with everyone you know and at the end of the month collect a Ziaja USA gift certificate of $1.00 for ever time your code is used. A dollar does not sound like much these days but that's almost 10% off a face cream here and having your code used more than once would bring it close to 20% off. Imagine if you could get your code used by all your facebook friends, I am guessing most of us have more than 50! Anyway it's a nice little reward. Reward cards send early March.
Lastly we know that we have a few customers that are super motivated and have great media and social networking skills. Official rules for contest.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to ziaja usa vip customers that receive a unique coupon code via email and who are 18 or older as of February 28, 2017. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States or ziaja vip customers with a USA mailing address, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA) as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 1, 2017 and ending February 28, Midnight ARIZONA Time Zone . All online entries must be received by February 28, Midnight ARIZONA Time Zone.
4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by using the provided unique VIP coupon code. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA). You may enter only once for our random drawing. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA). In addition to using your VIP coupon code to enter you can print out your email with coupon code and mail it to "Ziaja USA, 21177 W Main St, Buckeye AZ 85396" must be postmarked on or before February 20th 2017.
5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a $250.00 Ziaja USA zjashop.com gift certificate emailed to the winner. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA)'s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA) to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA). Winner will be notified by email, and or telephone within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA) shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT Cusick Inc. 11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND state of Arizona, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona having jurisdiction. 13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Cusick Inc. (dba Ziaja USA) Ziaja USA, 21177 W Main St, Buckeye AZ 85396. Requests must be received no later than March 15th 2017.
14. Winner of $300.00 Ziaja gift certificate will be chosen by VIP coupon code that is used the most. In the event of a tie, the coupon VIP coupon code with the largest volume of sales in addition to most used will determine the winner.
15. Ziaja $1.00 gift certificates per VIP code use: will be calculated for all customers and distributes in the month of March 2017. For ever use of your VIP coupon code you will receive $1.00 Ziaja Gift certificate. One gift Ziaja Gift certificate will issued with the total amount due and will emailed to the email address on file for the VIP customer. Gift cards can be used by you or any one with an USA mailing address.
16. All Ziaja Gift Certificates issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
