Directions:

I recently received my order of Ziaja products, and the experience has been highly disappointing. Two of the product boxes arrived badly crumpled and clearly looked as if they had been opened. To make matters worse, there was no protective foil seal under the cap, which makes it impossible to verify if the creams are safe and unused.
When I contacted customer service about this, I was flatly told that Ziaja never sends opened or used items. While that might be their official policy, the reality of what I received makes me feel very unsafe about putting these face creams on my skin. Dismissive customer support combined with poor quality control is unacceptable.
Really liked this product & thank you for sending samples of your products to try out. I am now using some that I have tried that you send with my orders!
